    Seventy Seven Park is recruiting mortgage agents/brokers in the GTA. We are looking for dedicated, self-motivators, with strong customer service skills. Individuals should be excited to learn and adapt well to change; they must be able to keep up-to-date with new products, services, and guidelines. We are looking for individuals who can easily build relationships with clients and lenders and who have the ability to grow their own network.

     

    Requirements:

    • Strong attention to detail
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Existing FSCO Mortgage Agent/Broker license required
    • Successful sales experience is preferred
    • Previous experience in the mortgage industry
    • Team player with demonstrated ability to meet goals and objectives

    Administrative Assistant Toronto, Ontario

    Seventy Seven Park is looking for an administrative assistant. This person will be the first point of contact. This role requires an individual with outstanding communication skills, enthusiasm and the ability to work well in a team environment. We are looking for a person who thrives in a fast-paced environment, learns quickly and enjoys new challenges. On a daily basis, the administrative assistant will be expected to load deals, correspond with solicitors, lenders, clients and other persons, arrange appointments, and take on office projects.

     

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Detail-oriented
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multi-task
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
    • Excellent typing/computer skills
    • Completion of Post-Secondary education is an asset
